Please help us support Trinity Winchester

As part of our ongoing support for charities with a connection to the village, we will be supporting the work of Trinity Winchester between now and Christmas. Our “Tap n’Go” payment option will be available to you if you wish to make a personal donation, and we’ll be adding half of Saturdays takings to that.

Trinity Winchester addresses the effects of homelessness and vulnerability through specialist practical and emotional support. Theses effects can include addiction, physical and mental ill health, poverty, social isolation and domestic abuse. Head to trinitywinchester.org.uk to find out more.

Happy 8th Birthday Barnaby’s!

Barnaby’s is 8 years old this week. In celebration, there are two cool things going on:

  1. we have a series of 60 slides on the big screen showing some of the fabulous things that our volunteers have achieved over the past 8 years. Well done everyone!
  2. all our customers can enjoy a ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ offer on all hot & cold drinks this week.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BARNABY’S

Red Cross Buns for Easter Week

In support of our donations to the work of the International Red Cross in the Ukraine, our friends at Bishops Waltham Country Market have made us some fabulous Red Cross buns! They will be in Barnaby’s on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only, so grab yours while you can!

We’ll be closed from 4.30pm on Thursday to start Barnaby’s Annual Spring Clean. We’ll be back at 10am on Saturday 23rd April to welcome the return of our Classic Car weekends.

We loved it!

Barnaby’s hosted “Hamish” and “Mouse” from local charity Helping Hooves on Saturday. Loads of you came out to meet, brush and love our two new furry friends, and donated almost £200 to the cause!

Speaking to Abbie at the end of the morning, she said “We loved it! Thank you so much for having us, and for helping to raise our profile.”  It was Abbies birthday too, which made the whole thing all the more special. Apparently, she particularly enjoying having Alastair (BBT) and Gary (Village CSO) singing “Happy Birthday” to her quite loudly across the car park…
